Mukti started the Skill development program in 2015 for girls and women in Dashadrone, Rajarhat to empower women through Skill Development by setting up a Tailoring training unit with components like Livelihood Training Programs, as well as Workshops on
Gender rights and gender-based violence, Health, Adolescent Health, Malnutrition and anemia and Reproductive health.
